Established back in 2002, Hispec was initially a supplier of general electrical products but found success with their range of electronic transformers. As their loyal customer base grew, mainly in part to the direct to wholesale approach, they began to develop a range of fluorescent lamps and luminaires that would later become a fully-fledged lighting portfolio. After building a reputation as a major supplier of lighting and electrical products in the North West of England, Hispec began to expand their sales team to cover the whole of the UK and Ireland. This came during a time when LED lighting technology started to really take off and as a result, Hispec experienced a period of fantastic growth. Throughout the following years they have built a product offering to suit a variety of applications such as commercial, domestic and industrial upgrades.
