  • What is Click & Collect?

    Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to purchase plumbing essentials online and collect from your local City Plumbing or Plumbing Trade Supplies (PTS).

    After you have placed your order our branch staff with pick your order and you will receive an email to confirm it is ready to collect.

  • Which products are available for Click & Collect?

    Products available for Click & Collect will be flagged so you’ll know before ordering whether your order can be collected.

    We recommend selecting your local store to ensure availability in your area is accurate.

    Only products currently offered and in-stock within the selected store are available for Click & Collect. 

  • Is Click & Collect available in my local City Plumbing store?

    Click & Collect is now available in all City Plumbing or Plumbing Trade Supplies (PTS) across the England, Scotland and Wales (excludes NI).

  • What happens next after I’ve placed my order?

    The order is received and processed by your chosen branch. You will then receive an email to the email address on your account once it's ready for collection.

  • How long do I have to wait until I can collect my order?

    If your order is in stock, you’ll be able to collect your order in as little as 5 minutes. Items not in stock will be ready to collect within 4 working days. Please wait for your email confirmation that your order is ready before travelling.

  • What do I need to collect my order in-store?

    To collect your order, you will need both the order confirmation email, and a form of ID such as a driving licence or passport. Present the order confirmation email (printed out, or on your phone) to the member of staff and have your ID ready to confirm your identity.

    Please note: Guest customers will also have to show the payment card that was used to place the order.

  • How long will the store hold my order until I can collect it?

    Once your order has been picked by the store, they will hold it for you to collect at your convenience for up to 5 working days.

    If you have not collected your order after 5 working days have passed, we will automatically cancel your order and refund you the full value of your cancelled items. The funds will be paid back into your account within 5 to 7 working days.

  • How do I cancel my Click & Collect order if I change my mind?

    For any order amends, please contact the branch you placed the order with using the contact information found here.

    If you don't know which branch to contact, you can easily find out by viewing your order history.

  • Can I return my Click & Collect order if I’m not satisfied with it?

    Yes. You may return your Click & Collect items just like any other order, aside from excepting circumstances, such as non-returnable items. We offer flexible return methods, including returning your order to an alternative store. For more information on returns, please view our Returns page.
