I ordered this for one of my customers. Order process was straightforward, goods came in good condition and in good time - exactly as ordered and I was kept informed via email from order to packing, to delivery. Receipt sent via email and invoice sent later via email. Very good service - I will use this company again.

Works perfectly, non-critical adjustment of flow and temperature controls. I only have one criticism which is that the specified minimum 8mm protrusion of the male connectors from the tile surface needs to be 10 or 11 mm in order to obtain water tight connections without fouling the conical screw on covers

Excellent purchase and so much cheaper than anywhere else. My old bar mixer was so hard to get the temperature just right, but this is just easy to regulate. The levers are great for me as my hands are quite arthritic. The only negative is that the bar gets very hot, so don't hang onto it.

I had this shower fitted about a year ago and find it to be excellent. I can now turn it and off with slippery soapy hands as well as adjusting the temperature. The actual shower head is adjustable so it is easy to move from a gentle spray to a more robust one. Fantastic.

Looks like very good quality. I'm just using for 1 week, but the quality of the product looks really nice. The size of the handles of the tap are perfect and that was one the reasons why I choose this model. I can recommend this product.
