The Terma TTIR programmable controller is a a portable or wall mounted control unit for compatible Terma heating elements that allows you to set the temperature through a range of 10 to 30 degrees in steps of 0.5 degrees. TTIR offers full 7 day timer control, allowing you to plan your heating cycles around your weekly routines and also features a dryer function that allows a timed operation from 15 minutes up to 4 hours. The display shows both the current time and temperature as well as the set temperature for the element.

May need a new controller. Do we need to buy a new electric heater receiver as well or can the new controller 'pair' with the existing receiver? This is an important point, but you make no reference to it.
This item uses infrared controls and should pair with your existing infrared-controlled heating element.
