Not as good as the old one?
This purchase was to replace the same model bought 8 years ago that had died. Unfortunately it was not like-for-like inside so had to drill different holes in the tiles, and to match the water pipe and electrics it ended up lower down on the wall. Also the shower pole and attachments were a different size, so we had to replace those too. This new pole is only attached to the wall by one screw top and bottom, whereas the older one had two screws top and bottom, making it a stronger attachment to the wall. I just hope that this one lasts 8 years too.
