Hello, I plan to replace an existing ACV oil fored combination boiler (Delta F 30 BF) with a new oil boiler. The Grant Vortex models look interesting. From the tech specs it looks like the rant Vortex Pr0 26 (ErP - VTXCOMBI26) might be a candidate. The existing ACV boiler has a primary water capacity of 62 lt and total capacit 127 lt. However the Vortex specs have no mention of water capacity. Are you able to advise the water capacity and suitability as a replacement for an ACV 26? Kind regards Peter J
The Grant UK VTXCOMBI26 has a Water content (including 32 litre primary store) of 48.5 Litres. Unfortunately, I can’t qualify the suitability of this boiler as a replacement, because I have no knowledge of the existing heating system dynamic. Therefore, I would recommend contacting their preferred heating installer / engineer for further advise and qualification on suitability of application – prior to purchase.
