Designed specifically for use in apartments, the Gledhill PulsaCoil Stainless Litre thermal storage cylinder provides mains-pressure hot water whilst utilising off-peak electricity, keeping running costs low.
Made from highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel, it features an innovative design for ease of installation and maintenance. As an open-vented cylinder, it doesn't require any discharge pipework or a pressure or temperature relief valve.
Domestic hot water is generated by a high-efficiency plate heat exchanger. Mains cold water is heated instantaneously as it is delivered to the taps, removing any risk of legionella. The ErP-ready pump, new PCB, software and flow sensor reduce the response time for hot water delivery by up to 75%.
The immersion elements always sit in the same primary water. Because the water isn't renewed, no scaling takes place, even if the cylinder is installed in a hard water area.
