Can this fit on an outside wall
I’ve spoken to the manufacturer, who confirmed that this cannot be installed on an outside wall.
Is there a balanced flue version of the Renoir fire, and if so what is the price?
I'm afraid we do not have a Balanced Flue version of the Flavel Renoir Fire.
Can this run on lpg gas
No, this isn’t compatible with LPG. For LPG, you’d want the Flavel Emberglow version with code 109769.
Do you do parts for this fire

Do you take away the old gas fire and install the new one ?
No, we only supply the product and don’t offer removal or installation services.
