Versatile installation on different floor types
Whether you have a concrete floor, timber floor, or another base, this tray is engineered to adapt. It can be installed for surface mounting, flush level-access, or as part of a combined tray and subfloor system – making it ideal for a wide range of bathroom layouts.
Tile-ready finish
The waterproof, cement-coated surface is ready for direct tiling and is compatible with porcelain, ceramic, and natural stone tiles. This makes it easy to coordinate with your chosen bathroom style while maintaining a watertight seal.
Customisable sizing
The tray can be cut down to the required dimensions without affecting its strength. For the best results, a fine-tooth hand saw is recommended.
Integrated drainage system
The drain base is pre-fitted to help prevent leaks and features a 2-inch solvent-weld outlet compatible with standard UK and 1½-inch non-standard pipes. A removable hair trap helps avoid blockages, while the generous grate allows a high flow rate of 60 L/min. Optional tileable drain kits are available for a fully seamless look.

Manufactured from extruded polystyrene (XPS) with a tough cement coating, this tray offers strength, excellent insulation, and easy handling. The XPS core resists water absorption, while the cement surface ensures strong tile adhesion for long-term performance.
